EPOS Service and Support

All our EPoS staff are fully trained on all of the systems we supply. They are also trained in PC networking and problem solving. Any issues other than hardware failure can usually be resolved by our support staff over the phone.

Support by telephone

Expert advice is always available over the telephone. Our support team can help you with any program changes such as for price updates, new products or new staff. We will also send you a full set of help sheets on standard procedures.

Support over the internet

If you need us to, we can dial into your system and make alterations to your EPoS set-up for you (as long as you have a broadband connection). This service is free during the initial settling-in period for PC-based systems.

Service contracts

For peace of mind following your initial 12-month warranty period, we can also offer an extended support contract which will give you priority status should you need assistance.

Sophisticated IT backup

Our state-of-the-art IT system enables us to have efficient control of all our support services and offer prompt and efficient response to callouts. Our clients can also communicate with us by email or through a personalised web portal which allows them to see the condition of their machines and monitor any work in progress.
