These slicers are designed to be fully Health and Safety compliant. All models are fitted with no volt release safety cut-out switches and a special fenceplate locking mechanism for the safe removal of the blade and meat hopper for cleaning. All models have integral blade sharpening devices and are fitted with 13amp plugs.
