Established over 30 years ago, Harmony Professional Kitchen is one of the North West's leading companies in providing service and support to the hospitality industry. We run a large service department who provide reactive and planned maintenance.
We employ 10 fully qualified gas and refrigeration qualified engineers who work closely with you to ensure that every item of cantering equipment provides optimum performance throughout its life, maximizing the return on your investments.
Our engineers work closely with our service department who operate our state of the art job management ICT system. Our system allows us to have efficient control of our support services and offer prompt and efficient response to call outs. All calls are logged and tracked allowing us to create a complete call and spend profile on all your equipment. These reports allow you to make informed decisions about the future of your catering equipment based upon its lifetime costs. We also offer our clients a personalized web portal which allows you to see the condition of your equipment and monitor the work in progress and cost.
What we offer
